🚚 Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • KorTime reserves the right to delay processing due to inventory verification, order validation, payment authorization, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

We currently ship within theΒ United States only.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

  • KorTime reserves the right to delay processing due to inventory verification, order validation, payment authorization, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

    • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
    • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
    • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.

    A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


    🏠 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

    Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

    If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

    • We are happy to reship it once the customer pays the reshipping cost.

    • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment and are at customer's cost.Β 
    • KorTime is not responsible for non-delivered packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

    KorTime is not responsible for packages marked β€œdelivered” by the carrier. If a package is delayed or believed to be lost, customers must notify KorTime within 7 days of the expected delivery date. KorTime will work with the carrier to investigate; however, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

    If your package appears lost or stolen:

    1. Check with neighbors or building management

    2. Contact the carrier directly
